Hard Goods Returns - Hard goods may be returned for up to 30 days past the original purchase date.
Live Plant Returns – Live plants may be returned up to 7 days after the original purchase date. Any live plants must be in good condition so they may be resold.
Woldhuis Farms will perform all returns in the same manner as the original payment. Credit and debit card transactions will be returned to the same card, cash transactions will be handled with cash. Checks will be returned by check after being processed by the office and mailed to the customer. Any returns without receipt will be issued store credit only.
Dead or Damaged plants – Our live plants are not guaranteed except for trees, shrubs, and roses (see Tree, Shrub, and Rose Guarantee below). However, we want all our customers to have success with our plants. So if you are having trouble with any of our plants, please contact us so we can give assistance in nursing these plants back to health.
Tree, Shrub, and Rose Guarantee – Woldhuis Farms Sunrise Greenhouse strives to provide our customers with the highest quality plants. Store credit will be issued for trees, shrubs, evergreens, and roses that fail to survive the first 14 months from the date of purchase. Customer must bring to Sunrise the plant, its tag, and receipt. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price. The store credit can be used for the same plant, subject to availability, or another plant entirely. No refunds will be given. Replacement plants carry no further warrantee. Plant failure must be reported within the warranty period and plant must be returned with receipt and tag. Plants that have not been properly cared for will not be replaced. Wholesale purchases are excluded.
